SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address. Review your address, selected service, and final total before placing your order.
DELIVERY ONLY
All US online orders are currently available for shipping only. Pickup is not available at this time.
HANDLING, TRANSIT, AND DELIVERY
In-stock orders are normally handed to the carrier within 2 business days. Standard in-stock orders are generally delivered within 10–20 days from the order date; please allow up to three weeks.
Carrier services shown at checkout may display transit time measured from the date the carrier receives the shipment. That carrier transit estimate does not include our handling time and is not a guaranteed delivery date. The 10–20 day estimate above describes the overall expected time from order placement to delivery for standard in-stock orders.
Custom-printed and preorder items have an estimated lead time of 90–120 days. Shipping arrangements and rates will be confirmed with our team before fulfillment.
SHIPPING RATES
Available carrier rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and order details. Applicable taxes, discounts, and the final shipping total are displayed before payment.
MIXED AND LARGE ORDERS
If an order includes both in-stock and preorder items, contact us before purchasing to confirm shipment arrangements. Separate shipments are not automatically included. For large orders or expedited service, send us the product codes, quantities, delivery ZIP code, and required date so we can confirm options and costs.
TRACKING AND DELIVERY ISSUES
Tracking information is sent when available. If tracking is missing, has not updated, or delivery is delayed, contact us with your order and tracking numbers. For damaged or missing items, contact us promptly with photos of the product, carton, and shipping label, and keep the packaging while we review the issue.
