Can I order in-stock and pre-order items together?
Yes. If your order contains pre-order and in-stock items, the full order ships together after all items are ready. Place separate orders or contact us before purchasing if you need in-stock items shipped earlier; additional shipping charges may apply.
How long will my pre-order take?
Standard custom and pre-order production typically requires 90–120 days. Eligible small-run printing projects produced locally in Vancouver may be ready in approximately two weeks after artwork approval. We will confirm the applicable timeline before production.
How much is shipping?
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Pickup is available at our Newark warehouse after you receive confirmation that your order is ready.
Can I cancel or return a pre-order item?
Pre-order and custom items are sourced or produced specifically for each customer. They cannot be cancelled or returned once processing or production begins unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
